Towards the end of the vote, there was a huge battle between Nan Hua High and Yio Chu Kang as they piled in to support Ng Si Ying and Jocelyn Ng respectively. Ng Si Ying of Nan Hua High was early vote leader but Jocelyn Ng supporters starting pouring in to bump up her vote count. In the end, Jocelyn Ng had 34 more votes than Si Ying to top the poll.

We hope you’ve had fun with this vote and that it has given some of you encouragement in playing netball. Also, we do hope Netball Singapore noticed some of you through this vote and invited you to attend trials for the national age-group teams.

Polls aren’t the be all and end all of life of course. Netball is a team game as well and so no one person can play well without her teammates.
