Paya Lebar Air Base, Sunday, June 21, 2009 – While many Singaporeans are soundly asleep on a Sunday morning, 7,000 people rose early to get the unique chance of riding or skating down the runway of Paya Lebar Air Base. Jointly organised by SAFRA and the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF), the annual National Runway Cycling & Skating event proved to be as popular as ever.
