Singapore, Tuesday, May 18, 2010 – The Singapore National Under-15 squad has been drawn to play Zimbabwe and favourites Montenegro in the upcoming 2010 Youth Olympic Games.
In the other group, Bolivia will play Vanuatu and a representative from CONCACAF. Cuba were originally slated to play but the country decided to send their volleyball team instead. Each country is only allowed to field squads for two team events only.
The top two will qualify from their group for the semi-finals.
In the women’s category, Turkey, Iran and Papua New Guinea were drawn together in Group A while Chile, Equatorial Guinea and Trinidad and Tobago will fight it out in Group B.
