Clementi Sports Hall, Tuesday, February 19, 2013 — Boon Lay Secondary beat Yusof Ishak Secondary 59-32 but the result made no difference for Boon Lay who found themselves out of the running for a spot in the second round of the West Zone B Division Basketball Championship.
The win meant Boon Lay finished third in their group with a 3-2 win-loss record. Jurong Secondary (5-0) won the group while Jurong West Secondary (4-1) were second.
Yusof Ishak finished last in the six-team group with no wins.
