Youth Olympic Handball: Singapore overpower Cook Islands 59-38 on aggregate to finish fifth
In the second leg of the fifth and sixth placing match between Singapore and the Cook Islands, the Singapore handball boys emerged victorious with an aggregate score of 59-38. They won both legs of the tie to finish fifth in the competition.

Youth Olympic Handball: Singapore take 27-20 advantage into 5th/6th playoff second leg against Cook Islands
After two tough opening matches against Brazil and Egypt where they were beaten by massive scorelines, the Singapore boys’ handball team finally welcomed their first victory by beating Cook Islands 27-20 in the first leg of the fifth and sixth place playoff.
