The Super Reds denied Singapore Armed Forces Football Club (SAFFC) an opportunity to wrap up their record-breaking fourth consecutive S.League title in front of their home fans as they thrashed the defending champions 4-1.

Foreign teams hold each other to goalless draw in S.League football

In the clash of the top foreign teams in the S.League, Koreans Super Red and Brunei DPMM FC played out a goalless draw in a heated encounter at the Yishun Stadium. A total of seven yellow cards were handed out as the Super Reds dominated possession but were unable to find a key pass to unlock DPMM’s plucky defense.

Roundup of S.League Football (Week 13)

With two of their closest rivals suffering defeats this week, Singapore Armed Forces FC maintained top spot of the S.League table with a comfortable 3-0 victory over Geylang United. The result left them top with 30 points while Gombak United are second with 27 points. Brunei DPMM two points behind in third.

Roundup of S.League Football (Week 12)

Gombak United held the top spot on the S.League table for 72 hours as a brace from Gabriel Obatola lead them to a comfortable 3-0 win over Sengkang Punggol on Monday. But the Singapore Armed Forces snatched top spot back with a 3-1 victory over a plucky Balestier Khalsa side.
