<p>Marina Bay, Sunday, October 31, 2010 — Singapore&#8217;s Vivian Tang, 40, won the GE Women 10K in a time of 38 minutes 32 seconds to earn herself SGD5,000 in prize money. Vivian is the first local winner of the Women 10K.</p>
