Editor’s note: If you recognise yourself or your team mates, please let us know your names and we’ll update the captions. Thanks!
If you were at the game and would like to share your comments, please feel free to do so. The good, the bad, the ugly, the refereeing…oops.
oh man. i juz read a comment and cannot hold it a anymore. please la. ACSi, u poach students that are only good in rugby and not neccessary gd in studies, and they end up only winning titles for the school and you let them fail their exams without bothering. there are many cases and these came from the students themselves. what’s more, the sch even force them to take “O”s (in the past when ACSi students still take Os) as private candidates so that they will not affect the school standings. you people look at the school reputation more important than the welfare of the students.
in st andrew’s sec, you know why we are not the cream of the crop? coz we know that basis of our school existence is to serve the community, that’s why we take in students from all woks of life, PSLE score of as low as 80 over we take them in from our Junior School… you guys take the top, of coz you produce the top! and do you even know, ACS got offered by the government to go Independent because St Andrew’s rejected the offer to go Independent as we wanted to serve the community and make sure they can afford studying!
okok, why dun we count Grand Slam as A, B and C Divisions… from 1975 onwards. and we count Grand Slams as A and B Divisions only from 1971 – 1974.
and we count A, B, C, U13 and U11 as Treble Grand Slam which no school has achieved yet? so there’s Grand Slams and Treble Grand Slams… like this… ACSian, Saints and Rafflesians should be happy already….
Msg to Les
Apologies mate, if all these bantering is messing up your server space…at least its getting some popularity! 🙂
Note to ACSian..from Greg (my mate)
Take that video off..you embaress the all blacks and your school.
ROFLOL! 🙂
you want to watch a real war dance? watch this !
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eJuoP_4Ubp8
geez! you call that the ACS haka…. that was so good!
if the all blacks saw that.. they would laugh their head off.. **britney spears dance*
btw i am an old SA boy living my trade in NZ.. and my mates are laughing their heads off ! seriously ACSians.. no joke..pls get a real haka..even if looks dumb… at least its original ! dont rip off the mighty all blacks.. i bet u dont even what the meaning of the words were?? or even how did it come about? and no.. it didnt originate from rubgy…!
someone needs to put that video on you tube.. and judge what other people say..especially the NZ chaps..
In case anyone is interested, the Record of Past Champions has been revised based on two sets of documents. One document from one ACS old boy and another from a St Andrew’s old boy. Check it out.
Changing goal posts again?? If U11 and U13 comps are to be included, NOBODY achieved a Grand Slam.
Aiyah, learn how to compare stats (Clue : the basis for comparison should be the same and data must be true).
Ah, yes, “one last point” for you.
well said saints1862, but i guess the acs chaps wont shuddup after this one…so lets leave it.
ta!
one last point!
if ACS is so pro, stop poaching our St Andrew’s players, go ask ur team, go ask ur school, go ask urself, how many of your players in ur B-Div and C-Div were poached from St Andrew’s? lots of them.
and u say we got Sec 5s….. in B-Div and C-Div, u got 3 teams! ACS(BR), ACS(i), ACS(int) and in A-Div u got 2 teams, ACS(i) and ACJC.
i’m not trying to make noise here, i’m just stating facts.
THE END
and so what we lost. winning is not everything. and if u think u’re pro, u gys only won the title 8 times while SA double your’s to be 16 times.
at least, even though we lost. we stood as a school with 1000+ supporters compared to your 700. and i think there should be a stop to all these arguments. it is not beneficial to anyone and it will not lead us to anywhere. so let’s mature and stop all these.
LOL. ROFL. Raffles manage to achieve Grand Slams coz that time U13 and U11 Competition haven started yet. And if u think is SA that make noise, LOL. it is other schools that make noise abt ur yr 5 students. If you are not happy, complain to Singapore Sports Council. Be a real man, dun juz make some noise here.
From the record of past champions link (hopefully, saints alumnus provided accurate info??) : –
(1) ACS achieved 5 Grand Slams between 1997 and
2003
(2) Raffles achieved 4 GS, the last in 1991 and
(3) Saints had 5 GS, the last way way back in 1987 and the
first two in the early seventies when there were only 2
divisions
aiyah, saints alumnus has to give credit where due. Cannot change goal posts to hide facts.
gosh… acs pro.. get your facts right..
refer to lees website for the past history of champsions … ‘http://s16997.gridserver.com/record-of-past-champions/’
saints have won the g-slam heaps of times..even before u were born. and back then there was the seven tourney which was dominated by raffles and saints…
raffles have a war dance..and so does saints.. and sji back then.. and dont be gay copying the all blacks…if u want a proper war dance.. britney spears has heaps !
and whats wrong with sec 5 players? too big for acs to play against?… yup … pansy !
*sheesh* first win in 3 years and u get all excited…
HELLLLOOO EVERYBODY. I WAS THERE. HAHAHA.
WELL I THINK AC PLAYED, VERY WELL.
and i don’t like ipods btw.(:
just to let you know more about me.

lemmi leave you with a joke.

SO FAT STILL WEAR BELT!
ok seriously byebye
How can ACS i grand slam be a joke??? If Raffles can do it, ACSi can do it too…coz Raffles will NEVER EVER have U13 team. So if they have achieved it through Div A,B,C without U13, then ACSi have already achieved those Grand Slams years ago. Unless the requirement for grand slam is shifted again by saints to include U-13. So what do you Rafflesians think?
Yeah rite! why not be gentlemen in the game and have a b div team consisting of strictly sec 3 and 4. leave out all your sec 5 or what you call, year 5 boys? 🙂 FYI, the boys who score the 2 tries are sec 3 boys from acsi
geez,..when the year 5 issue surfaced last year, Saints cleverly made noise abt acsi year 5 in B div,..let’s see if they can form an A div with their year 5 (sec 5) boys and have a decent B div team. Ha!
who cares about the peewees? we can win the A div AND the C div, can SAINT ANDREWS SCHOOL do that?? i don’t think so. It’ll be the first time EVER that one single SECONDARY school wins ALL 3 senior division titles. Sucks to be you. (:
lol. ACSi do the All Blacks Haka, our’s is our own and original Saints Battle Cry. anyway ACSi can’t have Grand Slam, coz they do not play the U11 and U13 National Championship.
