I think the that the bespectacled man, in the photo tagged ‘A Division Boys K1’, sitting in the red top, yellow hull K1 is Mr Ng Boon Gan.

Hello Nicholas,
I think it will be a wonderful service for our readers if you were to provide your personal perspective of the whole event.
Other paddlers are welcome to contribute too.
I will repost this article with your contributions.
I think it’s important to have your perspective because you were there and what you experienced is unique. So others will benefit from reading about it.

Hi, i’m the vice-captain of the Hwa Chong canoeing team, and i’ll like to congratulate Zhong Wei for taking such wonderful pictures. It really is kudos to his excellent skill and equipment that captured the canoeists in their moments of glory.
I believe that if i were to fully describe the events which were captured in Zhong Wei’s stills in this comment section, it would be far too long and inconsiderate for other readers, so i’ll provide the descriptions on request.
Finally, in a last word to our fellow paddlers from the fraternity, please do send in your pictures, videos and stories for the rest of the community to enjoy and help build awareness of the sport. Also, it was a good 3 days of competition and I would like to thank everyone who gave their all and made the experience thus enjoyable, and i wish all of you who are sitting for your major exams this year good luck and best of luck in canoeing and beyond!
