Jit Wei, this is not a fanfic site…
no offence to bethany or her skills. but why has this article’s comment section become a let’s-all-praise-bethany thing? all seems rather cheesy to me.. haha.. (:
the name Bethany Koh instills fear into the ranks of any soccer team. acknowledging her superior speed and her dribbling prowess, it would be foolish to imagine any other player coming anywhere close to stopping the unstoppable aura that Bethany Koh has brought to her team…
while other players might train 5 times a week, Bethany Koh is on such insatiable drive that it is rumored that her parents once knelt down before her, begging her to stop pushing herself at such intensity upon finding her doing 6-30 drills through the night and into the wee hours of the morning.
Bethany is not one to reckon with.
Jolene Cheng (#23, winger, VJC)
Seah Pei Qi (#7, striker, VJC)
Ang Kuan Ren (#10, midfielder, VJC)
Yan Bing (# 25, defender, VJC)
Chen Wan Xin (#17, striker, VJC)
Chia Jie Min (#14, midfielder, VJC)
Joan Huang (#27, GK, VJC)
Grace Ling (#15, ?, VJC)
Xinyi (#11, right winger, VJC)
How come Hsien Liang is inside… -.-|||
Bethany Koh numferone;
comeon people, know who is the champ and vote her
BETHANY KOH
(she’s better than her brother)
isn;t yap hsien liang from a vj soccer boy?
bethany koh’s just about central to VJ’s success in their campaign for the Championship this year, with her commanding and composed control of the defense, no wonder opponents find themselves up against an iron wall whenever attempting an attack against VJ. not to mention her towering presence and superb reading of the game, Bethany truly deserves to be among the elite in the soccer scene. you go girl!
tammy chew and suria priya also from SAJC.
gwen lee is from SAJC
the truth is, bethany is taller than both her brother and billy put together
thats why shes such a good defender.
her style of playing reminds me of Precious. and much better looking too!
Bethany Koh, a rock in defence. Shows great leadership skills at the back, even though she isn’t the captain. She is ever ready to put a foot in, even if it means injuring herself. Such bravery is really respectful.
Bethany, A CLASS ACT. Don’t bet against her stopping the brilliant players of world football like Wayne Rooney, Cristiano Ronaldo, Samuel Eto’o and Thierry Henry.
But maybe, she can’t stop Didier Drogba.
Still, Bethany is like a John Terry for Chelsea, a Nemanja Vidic for Man Utd, a Jamie Carragher for Liverpool or even a Kolo Toure for Arsenal.
is bethany the really tall girl who towers over other players? she’s GREAT GREAT GREAT SUPERB SUPERB SUPERB!!! kuanren’s really good too!
Bethany Koh is sure taller than billy. HAHAHA.
adding to the comment above,
bethany plays with her heart on her sleeve,
posseses a never say die attitude,
moves across the pitch with such grace,
a talismanic character,
well-liked on and off the pitch for her modest character.
makings of a true legend.
like franz beckenbaur
Bethany Koh is a very imposing player at central defence, making her presence felt with her towering height and strength. Composed and assured in her defending and tackling, Bethany is regarded as one of VJC’s most consistent and dependable players, despite her only being in J1. She is also a scoring threat from set pieces and has scored some very memorable and important goals for VJC. Who can forget that thunderous volley that rocketed into the back of the net?
A true colossus, the rock in the heart of the VJC defence.
BETHANY KOH’S TRULY A LEGEND!
Fara #8, midfielder, SRJC
Do you know her name? We can add it into the poll, not a problem.
kuan ren and bethany the best!
#8 SRJC central midfield
i thought she was really good. why isnt she in the polls?
Woots!! Bethany is leading the polls! You go girl!!
