Singapore Polytechnic, January 22, 2009 – Clementi Town Secondary defeated a combative Unity Secondary School 2-0 (25-18, 25-18) in a Boys B Division West Zone Volleyball Championship match.

Clementi Town had the best of starts, racing to a 23-8 lead in the 1st set. However, Unity dragged themselves back into the match to make the score 24-18. Clementi wasn't about the let such a lead slip, and won the first set 25-18.

In the 2nd set, Unity once again went down 25-18.
