Bishan Sports Complex, Tuesday, April 7, 2009 – The belles of Singapore Gymnastics, Nicole and Tabitha Tay, swept all the titles at stake in the A Division Artistic Gymnastics Championships.
Honours were almost split evenly between the two sisters who were representing Raffles Institution. It was an extremely depleted field of competitors with only 6 participants from 3 schools.
This is a far cry from the 40 over competitors in the Secondary School Category. It was a fairly routine workout for the girls, without much competition or surprises between them.
Nicole took three golds in the Vault, Beam, Floor, while Tabitha picked up the Gold in the Uneven Bars and the All Event title as well. Fellow National Team member, Sarah Ng, picked up the bronze medal in Vault, Beam and Floor Exercise, missing out on the Uneven Bars when she uncharacteristically failed to deliver.
Raffles Institution’s Nabilah took home the bronze in that event and subsequently nailed the bronze for the all events after a decent routine in the floor exercise.

Sorry if this came 2 years late (stumbled upon this by chance), but please relook photo 7 comment. I think her leg separation was a mistake, you dont do splits on top of the bars – its a deduction.
Yea exactly. In UB, leg separations get deductions. Love #14…layout! 🙂
the sisters are hot
