CCAB, Friday, August 21, 2009 – Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) beat Anglo-Chinese School (Barker Road) 22-15 in the final of the C Division Rugby Championship this afternoon.
ACS(I) had previously beaten ACS(BR) 53-17 in the second round.
This is the 13th straight title for ACS(I).
From 53-17 to 22-15, this shows how much barker can improve in just 1 or 2months time. Really very proud of the boys involve as they showed never-say-die attitude. I believe Barker will be in the finals once again and this time, CHAMPIONS.
i felt that it was very exciting. the kicking was very exciting.(:
congrats on the first rugby win of the year for the ac family
I have not seen a ACS BR team played and fought so hard since the las time they met in the cup finals. The score line was impressive but not punishing and it really gave the ACS(I) boys a run for their money
Well done ACS.
One ACS. The Best Is Yet To Be.
good win acs(indep)! credit to acs(barker) for a great game too!
