Do you want to see fellow Singaporeans Hong Wei Jian, Wong Wei Long, Pathman, Michael Wong, Steven Khoo, Lim Wai Sian and Desmond Oh in action for the Singapore Slingers in the ASEAN Basketball League?

If so, we’ve got good news for you if you are a student.

Red Sports has worked out a deal with the Singapore Slingers management to get you into the Singapore Indoor Stadium at the cheapest price in town.

And how much is that?

$6.

And how to get it?

This is what you have to do:

1. The SISTIC people are blur so print out from the SISTIC website the page that shows the Red Sports discount. It’s right at the bottom of the page. Click here.

2. Go to an authorised SISTIC outlet before game day or the SISTIC ticketing counter at the Singapore Indoor Stadium on game day. In fact, the lines are so long on game day it’s better to go buy it beforehand.

3. Show your student card to prove that you are in an approved educational institution (primary, secondary, junior college, polytechnics, universities).

4. Open your mouth and tell the ticket seller the following password: “RED SPORTS” (no need to shout – normal voice will do or else the guy behind you will think you are mad or are in a cult).

5. Pay $6 (this includes the $1 SISTIC admin fee).

6. If you want to buy more than one ticket at that price, you can.

7. Ask for SOUTH GALLERY seats where all the Slinger fans will sit.

8. Wear RED and show up with your friends to cheer on the Slingers.
