CCAB, Friday, February 5, 2010 - Peirce Secondary School scored the first 14 points of the game and beat Gan Eng Seng Secondary School 48-37 in a Boys' B Division South Zone basketball Group X second round match.
Muhd Noorhadi led Peirce with 12 points, while Gan Eng Seng's Shi Jian had 16 points for his team.
Peirce, who were South Zone semi-finalists last year, will next play Kent Ridge Secondary School, while Gan Eng Seng will be up against perennial South Zone favourites Raffles Institution. Both matches will be played at CCAB, Evans Road on Monday, February 8, at 1300hrs.
