“RESPECT”. Joe Ray … a name that demands your respect. The cocky American demolished his opponent Zorobabel Moreira in 14 seconds of the first round. His presence and immense self confidence says it all. (Photo 15 © Low Sze Sen/Red Sports)

Its cool to see Koreans Start kicking ass in MMA not just at home or Japan but all around Asia and the West as well. They have such a strong martial arts history and while some might argue that traditional Korean Martial arts are weak sauce, the level of popular respect for Martial arts in Korea is very high. So its nice to see them doing well at combat sports. Joe Ray and Robert Sothmann are two guys I really want to see in the cage again as well. It will be interesting to see if Joe has ‘deep waters’ endurance, or if he is Todd Duffee light. It will also be interesting to see what happens when an opponent doesn’t underestimate Sothmann cause he looked goood out there. Canadians are really coming up in the fight game too.
