Kuala Lumpur, Sunday, July 18, 2010 — Singapore lost 27-70 to Malaysia in the gold medal game of the ASEAN School Games netball competition.

In their other games, our Singapore girls beat Thailand comfortably by 63-22. Singapore then overcame Brunei 65-33.

Singapore then came up against their strongest opponents, Malaysia, in their last round robin game. Malaysia, who fielded several Netball Super League players, swept Singapore aside, 64-28.

Singapore then faced Malaysia again in the final.
