The men’s 800m finalists fight the resistance coursing through their bodies as they come down the home-straight. Madankumar Balakrishnan (#1487) added a second gold to the one he won in the 1500m the previous day with a 1:58.46 effort. All three medalists went under 2:00 with Raviin Muthu Kumar (hidden) timed at 1:59.34 and Oon Kuan Yong (#1469) at 1:59.40. Tsang Hon Sing (#1089) finished fourth in a time of 2:00.57 with Colin Tung (partially hidden) fast closing on him in 2:00.68.
