Kallang Squash Centre, date unknown — As expected, a very strong Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) team comfortably beat a spirited Fairfield Methodist Secondary team 5-0 to retain the National B Division Squash Championship crown that they have worn for the last two years.

Last week, Raffles Girls’ School (RGS) narrowly beat Singapore Chinese Girls’ School (SCGS) 3-2 in the girls’ B Division final to complete a B and C Division double victory. With the score at 2-2, Heidi Tan of RGS overcame a brave Lee Rui Chen of SCGS 3-2 (18-16, 5th set) to bring joy to her school.

RGS had won the C Division title in the previous week by beating SCGS 4-1.
