Wow. Is Pioneer really such a joke, that the elites schools are comparing pioneer to those you guys think are the weaker ones among the elites ? Really, its like insulting Pioneer rugby players as well. They may not be very good, but I know they are working hard as well.
U think saints are the only Sku who has Muslims ? Wad abt acs br #13 He is also Muslim . And he scored 2 tries. It all any hardwork and smart play .. Btw I am the one who injured him . Think of it which sport has no injury ??
O please. Saints has more Muslims than Barker who are fasting. And why their no.13 who is Rafi scored is because he is the only good player there. The rest of the team are just hiding behind Rafi on the pretext that they are a good team but the fact without Rafi, ACSB is no better than Pioneer.
Hey , im ruzaini . Barker deserve the win … Fasting is not the reason why we lost … They played better then us .

Andre Quah #9 Scrum half ACS Bkr
Andre Quah #9 ACS Barker
I <3 Jarod Ng plz vote for him 🙂
Just to clarify. Whoever you are “Mike Y”. Please do note that it is very rude and disrespectful to be using my name to write such a comment. I am sure that all the teams that have made it to the top 4 have worked really hard in every training just as my team has and not just “luck”. And please to the imposter. If you are daring to use my name, I am pretty sure you are brave enough to admit who you are. I ain’t a type of person who would write that sort of things furthermore embarrassing my name and my school. Please grow up. Thank you
Every team has trained hard and responsibly for their team and school to come this far to be top 4. It reflects on the character and mentality of the commentor to put up remarks without thinking of the full extent of the process. The organisations, schools and all that put together this annual event does not qualify ‘all things by chance’ to conclude as a national event.
o come on stop being naive please. I agree that hard work is important but I am sure teams like Pioneer or Jun Yuan has also put in hard work but they still dont get into semis right. It all comes down to the number of experienced players a team has and believe ACSI tops everybody in having the most number of experienced players who have played rugby for at least of half of their life time.If you ask me, I think that ACSI should shoot themselves in the head if they don’t win C div after all the money and time invested getting some of the top DSAs from of course their own family,ACSP and ACSJ, and of course the money in invested to buy protein powder to grow big. And lastly, everybody knows that rugby is unpredictable and luck is certainly needed in the game so stop making yourself look like a joke in here.
RUSSELL TAN? YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING!
I like bob’s comment “are you kidding me russel tan!”
hey, Saints Vs Acs(Barker Road)Saints Is March In and win the semis heheheh 🙂
GOOOOOD BYEEE SAINTS Gooooddd BYEEEE!!!HA!!!
BRAVO ACS(BARKER)!
yeah u’re rite they play very hard (SASS)but he ref is also useless and play by injuring the captain aiyoooo….
Infuture, whoever injured the teams, must sent him off(red card)..must pay hosp fee n ambulance fee as well.the school need to be warned, issues like this cant prolong…alot of pple will get injured frequently,so this is not the way to play rugby!!!minor injuries is acceptable but nt till fracture to the bone, man!please play professionally ok!…ACS Barker!wake up the idea!!
yeah, wats the point of winning if barker play dirty game by fracture saints captain..aha!!!game just started n captain is injured…..*clap*clap….very well planned indeed!!!Thanks ah….saints will come back even stronger next season,ok
Comeon stop acting as though your good ACS Barker. Have you ever wondered why you won Saints? Think of this, Saints have players who are mostly Muslims and if you can just use that thing in your head to think, you will notice that these guys are fasting and they do not have enough energy to last the whole game thus they are more vulnerable to defeat. Trust me, if Saints were to play ACS Barker again without having to fast, I think ACS B would dig a hole in the field and hide themselves in it.
Have you noticed Barker has their own fasting person, and they do not fast on the game day, they drink water. unless ur blind and cannot see~ no offence but if you want to hurl accusations about back it up first.

Some people are just talking too much for their own good. Many people say that RI team sux but have they evr wondered how hard it is to groom a bunch of inexperienced players. Just take a look at ACSI,they arent that good especially when they have big players like Kanes but he cant even play the game despite having years of experience. So my point is RI lose not because we suck but because we are inexperience thats all.
RI not even top 4.. don’t talk and defend ri.
So what if RI is not top 4. Teams like SJI n ACS Barker aint that good and dont even deserve a top 4 placing. They are just lucky they can get in. Just look at how SJI got thrash 50-0 by ACSI, I think they are no better than Pioneer
All the 4 schools that enter into semi-final are not only lucky as said, but their dedications, hard work n team spirit prove where are they now, congratulations to all the 4 schools, may success be yours!Prove that neighbourhood school too can excel in sports!!!esp to almighty SAINTS….UP N ON….!
To say that SJI n ACS Barker aint that good and dont deserve a top 4 placing, is complete bullshit. Both teams have worked really hard to get into the top 4, and you should not take away that. You are from acsi, and acsi almost lost to barker. on the sji match, sji had their reserves. Point is, stop judging other teams.
The fact that SJI beat RI and Acs(B) proves something doesn’t it? Yes,they lost to acsi 50-0 in the 1st round. The match didn’t mean anything but the semifinal will.Even if acsi beat sji because they are much better, then so be it.But don’t say that they don’t deserve a place in the top 4,when they beat RI and Acs barker to be in 3rd spot.
So what if SJI lost to ACSI 50-0.Does the score matter?Even if SJI won that match,we would still be playing against ACSI in the semi finals.Besides,SJI played quite a number of reserves that day.And for your information, you think we are no better than Pioneer? We won them by a large margin. If we are no better then them, the match would be a close one,and the margin would not be 74-3.Please watch what you say.
Before you make such comments, I would like to see you attempt to coach a school to the top 4 otherwise please refrain. I have no doubt that such comments reflect a myopic perspective and a tinge of sour grapes. Whoever u are, please do not fail to see the effort and time put in by coaches, teachers and students to have achieved their result.
agree

oh!..when the Saints Go Marchin In,yes agree…saints boys have the utmost knowledge in rugby….the way they play its so brilliant ,indeed they played with brains…not only mentally prepared but physically n spiritually, wow amazing……am very impressed with them…all the best for the upcoming match….good luck to all the boys…i really enjoy watching every single game played by SAINTS…rekindled memory!
i went down to watch btwn saints n RI game last week, true enough not all in RI teams can play rugby….the technique n concept grasp not up to standard n they played a very harsh game on field with 2 of saints player injured due to RI player…the referee has given much opportunity to RI side but its not use wisely…..saints instead play remarkably well!!thumbs up to saints …UP N ON..
Michael Yee (#10, Flyhalf, ACS(I))
Anyway, every team has some gd players
U mean “Good Player” that is “Good” at injuring the opponent team members? If yes, then it’s TRUE….but sadly that’s the ONLY THING that the “Good Player” cld do!SUCH a SHAME,RI!
To the organising committe, pls be realistic when it comes to decision making.NOT all that gets high votes=Best Player.
yes most votes does nt mean best player but we do nt injure ppl on purpose
