Changi Coast Road, August 24–25, 2013 – Ho Jun Ren, 22, won the Men’s Elite Individual Time Trial while Low Ji Wen, 24, won the Men’s Elite Road Race at the 2013 Singapore National Road Cycling Championships.
The two then combined with Goh Choon Huat and Ang Kee Meng to win the Men’s Team Time Trial.
Ryan Chan, 19, won the Men’s U-23 Road Race while Mohamed Elyas, 17, won the Junior Boys Road Race.
