Clement has never had the opportunity for an individual event due to recurring injuries during the qualification period. It is only through pure grit and determination, mentally and physically, that he is able to compete at such a level.

Clement would have more spots in the relay all time list if he isnt always put in the first leg, since flat starts have a disadvantage compared to relay starts. Nonetheless, we need him and his rock solid relay opening legs, absolutely brilliant.
As I mentioned yesterday, I would think he would have edged out Danny Yeo for the free leg in the medley relay – just like 2011 all over again
