Singapore Indoor Stadium, Wednesday, April 9, 2014 — Dellis Yuliana and Tan Wei Han of Singapore were beaten at the OUE Singapore Open by their Malaysian opponents Lee Meng Yean and Lim Yin Loo, 12–21, 11–21.
Dellis attempted smashes at the rear, but her opponents were strong in defence. They switched positions swiftly and reacted well to Dellis’ attacks. Wei Han also did good defence at the net but could not stop her opponents’ well-placed attacks.
With this loss, they have failed to qualify for round two of the Singapore Open.
