Asian Games Shooting (25m Standard Pistol): Gai Bin, Nigel Lim, Poh Lip Meng secure team bronze

South Korea, Thursday, September 25, 2014 — The Singapore trio of Gai Bin, Nigel Lim Swee Hon, and Poh Lip Meng secured an Asian Games bronze in the final of the Men’s Team 25m Standard Pistol.

The threesome combined for a 1692 total, 15 points behind Republic of Korea who finished second. China won the gold with a 1710 performance.

In the individual category of the 25m Standard Pistol category, Gai finished eighth, while Lim was 11th. Poh was one position behind in 12th.

The three shooters had finished seventh in the final of the Men’s Team 10m Standard Pistol earlier in the week.
