OCBC Arena, Monday, February 15, 2016 — Guangyang Secondary (GYS) edged out Gan Eng Seng School (GES) 41-31 in the National B Division Basketball Championship, clinching their second consecutive win in the second round. This was, on the other hand, Gan Eng Seng’s second loss.
Khoo Hang Zhou (GES #13) had a game high of 14 points while Nowis (GYS #14) had a team high of 12.
Guangyang led at the start but Gan Eng Seng caught up to tie it at 8-8 at the end of the first quarter.
In the second quarter, Guangyang hit back with greater momentum and swift passes. They upped their game and while keeping the players of Gan Eng Seng in check with good defense. Guangyang outscored Gan Eng Seng 11-4 in this quarter to lead 19-12 at half time.
Gan Eng Seng refused to back down under Guangyang’s attack. It was insufficient however as they were unable to stop most of Guangyang’s breakthroughs. Guangyang led by nine points heading into the fourth.
The final quarter was close, with Guangyang outscoring Gan Eng Seng by just a point. There were also a lote more 3-pointer attempts by Guangyang in this quarter.
The game took a dramatic turn when one of the Guangyang players sprained his leg and fellow teammates had to carry him out of the court.
Guangyang eventually wrapped up the game 41-31 with consistent good play throughout the game.

Jayven Cheo would have singlehandedly saved this game if he was in the CCA at this time. You clearly don’t understand the absolute carry this man was. He could take on 7 teams at the same time and dunk on everyone. He is so dummy thicc that even if you are straight you will want to touch his ass. Jayven Cheo has made Gan Eng Seng a competitor for the top school in basketball Nationwide. This man had the goods, he carried his team with his perfect ass and his amazing basketball skills.
