Bishan Stadium, Thursday, April 12, 2012 — Winnie Chua of Gongshang Primary hurled her way to gold in the D-Girls Shot Put event when she threw a distance of 7.82m at the 53rd National Inter-Primary School Track & Field Championships.
Red Swastika’s Tiaral Soong finished in second place with a distance of 7.45m while Eva Ong from Temasek Primary managed a 7.44m effort to come in third. Ang Mo Kio’s Suzanne Seoh rounded off the top four with a throw of 6.96m.
