Clementi Sports Hall, Friday, June 29, 2012 — Bukit Panjang Government High beat Jurong West 37-33 to secure their second win in Group B of the West Zone C Division Boys’ Basketball Championship.
The win gave Bukit Panjang sole possession of first place in the group and puts them in a strong position to qualify for the second round.
For Jurong West, it was their first taste of defeat after they had beaten Zhenghua Secondary 55-21 in their opening game.
Bukit Panjang next play Zhenghua Secondary, who are winless in two games, on Wednesday, July 4th. Jurong West will play Dunearn on Friday, July 6th. Dunearn lost their opening game 11-45 to Bukit Panjang. Both games are at Clementi Sports Hall.
