Clementi Sports Hall, Friday, February 28, 2014 — Nan Hua High School (NHHS) defeated School of Science and Technology (SST) 34–31 in the second round of the B Division Boys Basketball Championship to end their season on a winning note. Pan Feng (NHHS #11) led all scorers with eight points, while Yi Chieh (SST #11) had seven points to lead his team.

Nan Hua finished with a 1–4 win–loss record in Group X, while SST dropped to 0–5. Both teams will play no further part in the B Division season.

Nan Hua took an early lead through the scoring of Ashwin (NHHS #8) and Pan Feng (#11). However, SST came roaring back at the end of the quarter to lead by two. Cheng Feng (SST #4) chipped in six points in the period.

SST was plagued by porous defence in transition, giving up points on the fast break to Nan Hua. This proved to be decisive factor, as Nan Hua broke away in the final quarter to eventually edge them out 34–31.
