Toa Payoh Swimming Complex, January 7, 2008 – Jacquline Chow of the National University of Singapore finished with the fastest time in the women’s 200m breaststroke earlier this week at Toa Payoh in a time of 3 minutes, 10.79 seconds. Fellow teammate Lin Zhiyun was third in 3:25.29 while Yang Si Xiu of Temasek Polytechnic was second in 3:13.01.
