It was the clash of last year’s finalists, St.Hilda’s Primary and Casuarina Primary. The two teams seemed calm and ready for an exciting game. Both teams wondered whether there were improvements in skills since their titanic clash in last year’s final. The game started and within the first 10 minutes, St Hilda’s had scored 2 beautifully worked goals. By the end of the first half, St.Hilda’s had taken a four goal lead. The game was not totally dominated by St.Hilda’s as Casuarina put up a good fight in the second half. That’s how the score ended and both teams sportingly shook each others hands to signify the good fun they had that day.

really like the way you phrase the school without making the other school feel bad
Thanks Ernest for the pics and report. Do encourage your counterparts in other Primary schools to send in their stories and pics too. It is always refreshing to see and read about these juniors in their games. Same passion, same eagerness with a little more innocence.
I believe this is the Junior division playing here.
2006 results:
1st St Hilda’s Pri
2nd Casuarina Pri
3rd St Andrew’s Junior
4th Huamin Pri

anyway, St Hilda’s was last year U11 (Junior Division) champs.
anyway, this should be U13 (senior division), as U11 (junior division) matches are held later at abt term 3 of the academic calendar.
Saint Hilda’s was last year finalist?
this is U13 or U11?
last year finalists for U13 were St Andrew’s Junior and Punggol Primary… and Saints won.
