PJC, Friday, May 9, 2008 – Anglo-Chinese Junior College beat Raffles Junior College 20-0 in the 3rd/4th placing match yesterday to secure third place in the A Division Rugby Championship. ACJC dominated much of the match, scoring one penalty and two tries, with one converted during the first half of the match. Half time score was 15-0 in favour of ACJC.

The second half was hard fought with RJC almost breaking ACJC’s defence. But with solid defending by the ACJC ruggers, RJC was unable to penetrate through to the try line.

Just before full-time, ACJC was able to put in another unconverted try to make it 20-0.
