Beijing, Sunday, August 10, 2008 – Nicolette Teo of Singapore finished seventh in her heat in a time of 1 minute 10.75 seconds. Her time placed her 32nd out of 49 competitors and only the top 16 swimmers qualified for the semi-finals. Her timing was an improvement over her last Olympic appearance in the same event. In Athens, she swam the 100m breaststroke in 1:12.87.
