The Combined Institute of Technical Education (ITE) floorball team ensured that the Polytechnic-Institute of Technical Education (POL-ITE) menÃ¢â‚¬â„¢s Floorball Championship would go right down to the last game when they comfortably beat hosts Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) 4-1 yesterday.

T. Piriyah – the new B Division 400m queen

T.Piriyah was the toast of her school on Friday when the Singapore Sports School runner shattered a 37-year-old National B Division Girls 400m record by one second. She clocked 57.11secs and finished 3 seconds ahead of her nearest rival.

Soh Rui Yong of Raffles Junior College clinches 5000m gold

Soh Rui Yong of Raffles Junior College won the 5000 metres A-Boys Final at the 49th Inter-School Track and Field Championships last Friday. He managed to break his personal best, achieving a time of 16:32.68.
