HCI endured a strong effort from MJC to claim a 60–42 win.
Elaine Quah of Raffles Girls' School and Alicia Tung of Crescent Girls' School came in second and third, each with a timing of 11:57.81 and 12:07.45 respectively.
Edwin Tan (#299) and Joshua Lim (#200) of Anglo-Chinese School (Independent) clinched the silver and bronze medals with timings of 22.94 and 23.23 seconds respectively.
RI's Chin Yew Chung (#131) finished as the first runner-up, while ACS(I)'s Timothy Ong (#76) and Mitchell Teh (#73) tied with a timing of 23.20 seconds for third place.
Ow Yeong Wei Bin's last burst in the final 10 metres of the race put him ahead of Raffles Institution's Calvin Quek (#152), who finished just 1.30 seconds behind.
Joshua Alas (DSS #4), Xu Teck Chong (DSS #5), Tan Yi Rong (DSS #12) came up huge, dropping 17, 17 and 13 points respectively.
Gavin Tay (FMS #11), Krison Sum (FMS #12) and Xavier Ng (FMS #13) registered double digit scoring with 10, 11 and 10 points respectively.
