The Open House was held over two days, providing a platform for the public to sneak a peek at the facilities available at the Sports Hub, and to also gain first-hand experiences of a wide range of sports.
Hosts Singapore (SIN) went down 0–23 to Sweden (SWE) in their semi-final game at the 6th World University Floorball Championship.
Both teams will meet again in the semi-final.
Singapore’s Adelyn Yew (#5) led all scorers with a game-high three goals, while Thailand’s Varistha Saraikarn (#8) had two goals.
Malaysia’s Fam Jia Yi (#12) led all scorers with a game-high five goals, while Gilbert Beh (#11) and Samuel Yu (#8) of Singapore registered four goals each.
RI did not qualify for the top four last year, while ACJC finished their season in third position.
Both teams also met in the final last year, where YJC went down 4–9 to MJC to finish second for the season.
Mohamed Faizal (#10) scored the winning goal for MJC.
