SEA Games Athletics (4x400m relay): Women break 41-year-old national record; men finish fifth

The previous National Record of 3 minutes and 43.85 seconds was set back in 1974 at the Asian Games in Iran. Posting a time of 3 minutes and 40.58 seconds, the Singapore team smashed the record by a great margin.
