In the same event, Tan Jing-E of Methodist Girls' School set a national under-14 record when she swam the 50m backstroke leg in 30.39 seconds.
Raffles Institution came in second with a time of 1 minute 48.80 seconds, while Temasek Junior College were third with a time of 1 minute 51.89 seconds.
Shan Teo and May Chua of Raffles Institution rounded out the podium. Shan swam a time of 1 minute 07.25 seconds to clinch second, while May claimed the bronze with a time of 1 minute 10.03 seconds.
