Christian Pepito (NVSS #5) put in a stirring performance on his way to 26 points. He made a lot of highlight plays that drew awes from the crowd watching the match. Edmund Leong (BP #5) paced his team with 19 points.

The win puts Anderson second in Group P with a 2–1 win–loss record. With third-placed Anglican High going down to Nanyang Girls' High School in the other game, this means that Anderson have qualified for the next round.
