MJC looked to be on their way to the final with a 5–1 lead in the final period but RI staged a remarkable comeback, scoring the equalising goal with eight seconds left in regulation time to force a penalty shootout.
ACJC are through to the final for the first time after beating defending champions, VJC.
Ericia Chan (YJC #10) and Moo Hui Ming (YJC #17) both scored two goals apiece to lead their team in scoring.
Adeena (MJC #33) and Vannessa Yeo (#21) led all scorers with two goals apiece.
The win gave TJC a 5–1 win-loss record but Victoria Junior College (5–1) and Raffles Institution (5–1) qualified for the semi-finals with a better goal difference.
It was the final game for both teams as neither team managed to qualify for the semi-finals.
