16-year-old Brandon Ooi bowed out of round 3 in the Men's K1 Head to Head Canoe Sprint event after putting in two highly commendable performances against top competitors.
16-year-old Wang Nan Feng made it as far as Round 3 of the Women's K1 Head to Head Canoe Sprint event, but failed to progress further to the final after losing out to Joanna Bruska of Poland.
The Youth Olympic Games are just around the corner and 130 Singaporean athletes will do battle in the red and white of Singapore.
