It was a proud day for local mix martial arts fans as Singapore’s Brian “Polar Bear” Choi clinched a stirring victory over Japanese American Isamu Himura during Martial Combat 4 held at Singapore’s first integrated resort, Resorts World Sentosa.
Jong Man Kim of South Korea won the featherweight title in the fifth and final round against American Aaron Steele.
In ancient mythology, the dragon was seen chasing the sun across the sky and devouring it. Mitch ‘The Dragon’ Chilson did likewise when he exhausted the power of ‘Lightning’ Zhang Jing Xiong when he subdued him in the fourth round to win the coveted Featherweight Martial Combat Champion’s Belt.
