With the victory, defending champions St. Andrew's Secondary set up a rematch in the final against Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).

ACS (Independent) beat ACS (Barker Road) 56–22 to face St. Andrew's Secondary in the final.
Both team held 3–2 win-loss records coming into the game.
Leading up to the final, both Peirce and Greenridge remained undeafeated and had each won five consecutive games.
In a game marred by three lightning alerts, ACS(I) topped their sister school 49–0 for their second win.
Through a strong second-half effort, the defending champions maintained their undefeated streak with a 55–5 trouncing of SJI.
A spectacular tackle from Shah Asraff Khan (#13) in the second half sparked a 19–0 run and propelled ACS to the 33–7 victory.
