Derek Ng (SAJC #10), Sean Lee (SAJC #14) and Kelvin Yau (SAJC #13) all had two tries apiece to lead their team in scoring.
Jeromy Chua (SAJC #8) led the way with three tries for his team. Kon Fu Yuan (SAJC #15) also had a solid outing, converting six out of eight conversions.
Leading up to the final, both Jurong and Evergreen had remained undefeated and each had won five games straight.
