Anne Qi Hui, 32, of Singapore, clocked a personal best and new national record time of 1 hour 23 minutes and 16 seconds at the IAAF World Half Marathon Championship.
Soh Rui Yong, 21, of Singapore, clocked a personal best time of 1 hour 12 minutes and 12 seconds at the 2012 IAAF World Half Marathon Championship. Rui Yong finished 72nd out of 78 runners. Eight runners did not finish.
