Raffles Girls’ win C Division softball championship with victory over Nanyang Girls’

Raffles Girls' School beat Nanyang Girls' High School 11-6 to capture the C Division Girls Softball Championship title. Both teams met previously in the group stage and RGS had emerged victorious.

Nanyang Girls’ beats arch-rivals Tanjong Katong Girls’ to enter C Division softball final

Nanyang Girls' High School and Tanjong Katong Girl' School have always been traditional rivals in the Inter-school softball tournament. Earlier this year, The TKGS B Division girls emerged victorious over Nanyang Girls' in the final to be crowned champions. This time round, both schools were fighting for a berth in the C Division final and it was Nanyang Girls' who took sweet revenge when they beat TKGS 14-11.

TKGS triumph over Peicai 15-6 to top C Division softball group

Tanjong Katong Girls' School beat Peicai Secondary 15-6 in a battle for top place in a C Division Softball Championship group game. Despite playing with home ground advantage, Peicai fought valiantly but were overwhelmed by the TKGS onslaught.

Hwa Chong Institution’s explosive third inning dashes Victoria JC hopes of championship final

Hwa Chong Institution beat Victoria Junior College 11-6 to earn themselves a place in the final of the A Division Boys Softball Championship. HCI were undefeated throughout the tournament and were the favourites to qualify for the final.

Hwa Chong Institution softball girls slam 9 past hapless Victoria JC to set up final with Raffles JC

In the final group game of the A Division Girls Softball Championships, Victoria Junior College faced the daunting task of defeating Hwa Chong Institution in their own backyard in order to qualify for the final. With Raffles JC already through to the final, this would be the decider between the two teams.
