25 meet records were rewritten by our young athletes over the two day event at Singapore Sports School.
A Div 100m breaststroke (Boys): Christopher Cheong of TJC clocks 1:03.64 to become third fastest Singaporean
Alexander Tseng and Edmund Teo of Raffles Institution rounded up the podium. Alexander finished over three seconds behind Christopher to take second place, while Edmund clocked a time of 1 minute 08.05 seconds to finish third.
C Div 4x50m Medley Relay (Girls): RGS clinch gold in new meet mark of 2:02.05
In the same event, Tan Jing-E of Methodist Girls' School set a national under-14 record when she swam the 50m backstroke leg in 30.39 seconds.
A Div 4x50m Medley Relay (Boys): ACS(I) win in 1:46.67 to complete divisional sweep
Raffles Institution came in second with a time of 1 minute 48.80 seconds, while Temasek Junior College were third with a time of 1 minute 51.89 seconds.
A Div 200m Breaststroke (Girls): Samantha Yeo of RI breaks meet record with 2:34.17 effort
Amanda Tam of Singapore Sports School finished second in 2:48.21, while Grace Tan of Raffles Institution came in third with 3:03.67.
A Div 100m Backstroke (Girls): Phiangkhwan Pawapotako of Sports School clinches gold in record time of 1:05.40
Shan Teo and May Chua of Raffles Institution rounded out the podium. Shan swam a time of 1 minute 07.25 seconds to clinch second, while May claimed the bronze with a time of 1 minute 10.03 seconds.
C Div 100m Backstroke (Girls): Hannah Quek of RGS sets new meet record of 1:06.23
Jamie Koo of Raffles Girls' came in second in a time of 1 minute 09.66 seconds, while Carolyn Koh of Nanyang Girls' High School rounded up the podium with a time of 1 minute 13.81 seconds.
C Div 100m Backstroke (Boys): Francis Fong of ACS(I) rewrites own record with 59.01s swim
Lim Fang Jan of Raffles Institution came in second with a time of 1 minute 05.06 seconds, while Isaac Soo of ACS(I) was close behind with a time of 1 minute 05.53 seconds.
