Cedar Girls' Secondary were second in 4:19.78 while Nanyang Girls' High finished third in 4:20.14.

The quartet of Nurul Syarah Bte Razali, Diane Pragasam, Ismi Zakiah Bte Kashful Anwar, and Raine Oh won Sports School's 11th consecutive title.

Apart from SSP (1st) and ACS (I) (2nd) this year, only three other B Div relay teams have ever managed to go under the 43-second mark – ACS(I) and HCI in 2010, and SSP in 2015.
C Div 4x400m: Nanyang Girls’ win gold with 4:17.23 timing
Singapore Sports School and CHIJ St. Nicholas Girls’ School came in second and third with timings of 4:21.92 and 4:25.67 respectively.
C Div 4x100m (Girls): Sports School defend title with 50.95s timing
The quartet of Zann Oh, Erza Irdina, Nurul Insyirah and Nur Ria Isabelle clocked 50.95 seconds to win gold.
A Div 800m (Girls): Alexandra Wee of VJC takes title in 2:36.53
Corrie Teo of Raffles Institution (RI) finished 0.17s behind in 2:36.70. Natalie Soh, also of RI, was third in 2:37.35.
B Div 1500m: Syed Hussein of Pasir Ris holds off Thiruben of NJC to take gold in 4:15.33
Thiruben of National Junior College and Joseph Hee of Nan Hua High came in second and third with timings of 4:18.18 and 4:19.11 respectively.
