Tan Jing Wei of Cedar Girls' Secondary came in second with 1:11.96 while Palada Tang of Singapore Sports School finished third with 1:13.05.
Coming in second was Joyceleen's teammate Vera Wah who clocked a timing of 5:17.80 while Phoebe Kee of Singapore Chinese Girls' School finished third with a 5:18.66.
Teammate Nicole Low also broke the old record with a time of 7:56.82 despite running the steeplechase event for the first time. Faye Chiang (#71, RI) finished third in 8:25.16.
Dave Tung of SJI came in second in 6:48.06 while Ruben S/O Loganathan of Guangyang was just 0.33s behind in third with a 6:48.39.
Sudarshan Udpa of SAJC bagged silver with a time of 10:46.90 while Teng Jian Ling of VJC clinched bronze in 10:47.11.
Ethan Tan (#446, HCI) was second in 4:47.56 while Joshua Loo (#153, ACS(I)) was third in 4:48.13.
The 54.19s that Wei Bin clocked went under the previous championship record of 54.56s, clocked by his brother Yu Xiang three years ago.
