It was a repeat of last year’s final as defending champions Hwa Chong Institution defeated Nanyang Junior College 3-0 (28-26, 27-25, 25-20) to emerge champions in the National A Division Boys’ Volleyball Championship.
Hwa Chong Institution came back from behind to beat Anglo-Chinese Junior College 3-2 (25-20, 20-25, 22-25, 25-9, 15-11), emerging champions in the National A Division Girls’ Volleyball Championship.
St Hilda’s Secondary emerged champions for the fourth time running after they beat Punggol Secondary 3-1 (25-14, 21-25, 25-18, 25-13) at the National B Division Boys Volleyball Championship final. This is the 11th time the team has clinched the title of champions since 1997, winning a remarkable 11 out of 14 championships.
Dunman Secondary made history when they dethroned defending champions Nanyang Girls' High at the National B Division Girls Volleyball Championship final. They won the match 3-2 (25-15, 24-26, 21-25, 25-11, 15-11) to see themselves feature in the Top Four for the first time in 14 years.
Cedar Girls’ came from behind to beat Nanyang Girls’ High 3-2 (23-25, 22-25, 25-18, 25-17, 15-12) in the National C Division Girls' Volleyball Championship final.
Defending champions Xinmin Secondary retained their crown as they beat Dunman Secondary 3-1 (25-19, 25-11, 17-25, 25-14) in the National C Division Boys Volleyball Championship final.
Victoria School defeated St Hilda’s Secondary 3-1 in the National C Division Boys' Volleyball Championship 3rd/4th placing match.
