Jeremy Lee (#2) and Yap Hui (#6) of ACS(I) tallied two goals each in the game. Vance Tay (#2) and Evan Loo (#7) of ACS(BR) also registered two goals each.

National University of Singapore Masters (NUS Masters) came back in the final quarter to defeat Singapore Management University (SMU) 13–12. With that they clinched third in the NUS Water Polo Open 2014.

NUS opened the scoring with a goal from Angeline Teo Yi Ling (#8). Her first shot was denied by the goalkeeper, but she managed fire the ball past her on the second try, putting NUS up 1–0.
